How it works

Two steps on your side. The rest happens without you.

An ordinary month asks nothing of you. An unusual one asks a single question you can answer in a sentence.

  1. 01You · 2 minutes

    You give us your NIP

And nothing else. Your name, address, REGON, PKD codes and start date come from CEIDG; your VAT status and business account from the VAT taxpayer register.

  2. 02You · once, for good

    You connect KSeF

One authorisation. From then on invoices reach us by themselves - no sending PDFs, no photographing receipts, no month-end panic.

  3. 03Us · daily

    We book the month

We work out what each line is for, pick the right ryczałt rate and keep the revenue records. The amounts are computed by a tax engine - with a specific provision behind every figure.

  4. 04Us · by the 10th

    You get one message

How much ryczałt, how much ZUS, by when and to which account - with the transfer ready inside it. We file the JPK returns on your behalf and collect the UPO receipt.

What we do

A ryczałt trader's whole monthly accounting - in one place.

We serve sole traders settling under ryczałt, the lump-sum tax on recorded revenue: VAT-registered or not, monthly or quarterly, and with several rates at once.

Invoices arrive from KSeF on their own

We pull them daily and assign the right ryczałt rate straight away. You send nothing and retype nothing.

Every figure comes with its reasoning

Ask where any amount came from. The assistant answers from the stored calculation trail and points to the provision - it never guesses.

Why did the ryczałt come out at 1,921 PLN?

August revenue was 22,600.00 PLN, all of it at the 8.5% rate. There were no deductions this month, so the base equals the revenue: 22,600.00 × 8.5% = 1,921.00 PLN.art. 12(1)(5)(a) of the Ryczałt Act

Revenue records

Kept as the month goes, by the date the revenue arose. Corrections are booked in the month the correcting invoice was issued.

We file your JPK returns

JPK_EWP every month, JPK_V7 if you are VAT-registered, PIT-28 after the year ends. The UPO receipt is stored with the settlement.

Tax and ZUS ready to pay

Ryczałt to your tax micro-account, contributions to ZUS. Amount, reference and deadline - copied in one click.

You issue invoices from a NIP

You give us the client's number and we fetch the rest from REGON and the VAT register. Numbered from your own series, sent to KSeF.

The deadlines are ours to watch

The 20th and the 25th, public-holiday shifts, quarters, PIT-28 - you get a reminder before a deadline turns into a problem.

No risk to you

An AI accountant somebody answers for.

Automation without liability is just risk handed to the customer. Here the risk stays on our side - and every figure leaves a trail you can follow.

Calculation trail · August 2026

  • Rule set PL‑2026 · frozen 1 Jan 2026
  • Rate 8.5% · art. 12(1)(5)(a)
  • Rounded to whole złoty · art. 63 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance
  • Result: 1,921.00 PLN · signed and immutable
  • Fully insured

Keeping your books is covered by professional indemnity insurance. If the mistake is ours, we cover what follows from it - not you.

  • The AI does not compute your tax

The model works out what an invoice is for. Every amount is computed by a deterministic engine against a stored version of the rules, so August 2026 recomputed in 2029 gives the same figure.

  • We do not fake certainty

Where the edge of a provision is genuinely unclear - and under ryczałt it sometimes is - we do not guess. When something needs pinning down you get one plain question by email, and your answer is stored as a rule for the months that follow.

  • An accountant oversees all of it

A dedicated accountant supervises your books. The competitive price comes from AI tools that take the retyping and the searching off their desk - but a named person answers for your settlement, not a system, and you can reach that accountant at any time.

  • Data from registers, not from forms

Company data comes from CEIDG, REGON and the VAT taxpayer register, and every lookup is documented - together with proof of due diligence on your counterparty.

What comes next

We start with ryczałt, because that is where it can be done properly.

We widen the scope only once the previous one is finished to the last edge case. Tell us what you need - we will let you know when it is ready.

  1. Available today

Ryczałt - lump-sum tax on recorded revenue

Questions

What everybody asks - before they ask it.

If something is missing here, write to kontakt@plusbook.pl. We answer specifically.

Can an AI really keep my books?

The AI does exactly one thing: it works out what a given invoice is for, so the right ryczałt rate can be assigned to it. Every amount - tax, contributions, deadlines - is computed by a tax engine against stored provisions. And a real accountant oversees all of it.

Is there a human behind this?

Yes. A dedicated accountant supervises your books - the model does not work unsupervised. AI tools take the retyping and the searching off their desk, which is where our price comes from, but a named person answers for your settlement. You can reach that accountant at any time: to talk something through, to be sure about a rate, or simply to speak to a person rather than an assistant.

Who is liable if a settlement is wrong?

We are. Keeping the books is covered by professional indemnity insurance, and every settlement has a stored calculation trail: the version of the rules, the rate applied and the legal basis. That is what makes it possible to say where the error arose - and who covers it.

Do I have to use KSeF?

From 2026 KSeF is mandatory, so your sales invoices go through it anyway. We simply pull them from there automatically instead of asking you to send files. Invoices from outside KSeF are handled too.

What if the right ryczałt rate is not obvious?

Then we do not guess. You get one question put in plain language - whether a particular service was advice or delivery, for instance - and your answer is stored as a rule that holds for the months that follow, without asking again.

I am VAT-registered. Do you handle that?

Yes. We serve sole traders both registered for VAT and exempt from it, on monthly and quarterly settlement. For VAT-registered traders we keep the records and file JPK_V7.

What does moving from my current accountant look like?

You create an account with your NIP, connect KSeF and name the month from which we take over. Earlier periods stay with your current firm - we do not need your history transferred in order to start.

Can I leave and take my data with me?

At any time, with no notice period. Your records, invoices and filed JPK files together with their UPO receipts download in formats any accounting firm will accept.

I settle under KPiR, or I run a company.

We are not for you yet. KPiR is in preparation and full company accounting comes straight after it. Write to us and we will get in touch when it is ready.
