Data controller

The controller of personal data is Plus Book AI. Contact for anything concerning your data: kontakt@plusbook.pl.

Personal data

While using the site you may be asked to provide some of your personal data - by filling in a form or otherwise. In most cases this is a NIP number, an email address and, optionally, a telephone number. We ask only for the data needed to carry out the action concerned; without it that action cannot be carried out.

Company data - the name and the legal form of the business - we establish from the public registers of businesses, so that you do not have to retype it.

We process data on the basis of consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), in order to take steps at your request and to perform a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), in our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to the extent required by law (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) - for the purposes of:

  • contacting people who have left their address, and handling enquiries,
  • providing and settling accounting services,
  • measuring advertising performance and understanding how people use the site,
  • keeping the site secure and developing and improving the services,
  • meeting obligations arising from the law.

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and, once that ends, for as long as the law requires - tax law in particular.

Joining the waiting list

Leaving your contact details requires a NIP number and an email address. Both fields are mandatory: the address is what lets us get back to you, and the NIP is what tells us whether we already keep books for a business like yours.

Once the address is saved we also ask for a telephone number. That field is optional and conditions nothing - the signup is already complete by then - and the number is used solely to call you about the service.

Contact details obtained this way go onto our list and are not used for any other purpose.

Account and services

Creating an account and using the services requires more detailed data - mandatory fields are marked in the forms. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash; nobody on our side knows your password.

Unsolicited messages

We reserve the right to send messages to people whose contact details we hold. By unsolicited messages we mean information relating directly to our site and services - changes, notifications, news that the service is ready - and not third-party commercial content, which we do not send.

Cookies

The site uses cookies, that is small text files saved on the user’s device. We use them in order to:

  • keep a signed-in user’s session,
  • keep traffic on the site secure,
  • remember the settings you have chosen,
  • produce statistics and measure advertising performance, which is what lets us improve the site.

Cookies for statistical, marketing and analytical purposes are used only after you have given consent. Until then we load no third-party scripts. Refusing does not limit how the site works.

Partners: Google Ireland Ltd., Cloudflare, Inc., Hetzner Online GmbH. The conditions under which cookies are stored can be changed in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of it, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. A message to kontakt@plusbook.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
